Terms of service Agreement

By commissioning, the Client agrees to the following terms:CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
⟡I reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.⟡ I will not create content that is explicit, political, offensive, inappropriate, or not within my skillset that I may not be able to portray authentically.
Specific restrictions include but are not limited to highly detailed mechs, explicit adult content, excessive muscles, gore, vore, copied styles.TIMELINE AND PROCESS
⟡Work completion requires 2 week minimum and may take up to 4 weeks maximum depending on each project.⟡Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, Client will be informed.REVISIONS
⟡ Major revisions are only allowed during sketching phase. (ie. pose, outfits, composition)⟡Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
Revisions may affect progress and timeline.⟡Clients may not edit the work after final delivery unless specified in the commission information, project outlines or otherwise approved by the Artist.PAYMENTS & FEES
⟡ As of right now Paypal is only accepted.⟡Client pays 50% of commission after cleaned up sketch is approved. Work wont proceed till payment is received. The final 50% is due after client approves of complete watermarked or low resolution preview of the final project.⟡Commercial distribution rights means selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product or merchandising, or on another platform. Which will be an additional 50% of total cost.COMMUNICATION
